I did a very interesting thing in this winter holiday.
I learned to make sushi from my sister at my grandmothers house. Ingredients for sushi: a small bamboo mat, a packet of nori flakes, some sausage sticks and cucumber sticks, and steam some fragrant rice, and then you can start to cook. First of all, spread a piece of seaweed on the small bamboo mat, and then evenly spread the fragrant rice, not too thick. Then put on two cucumbers and three or so sausages. Finally, use a small mat roll and cut into slices with a knife, delicious sushi is finished! Take a bite, and you want to eat the whole plate!

Then I went to the beach. The sea was blue and endless. The sand was soft and hot. I picked up some beautiful shells on the beach. I also played surfing in the ocean, the waves pushed me west and east, great fun.
