As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times, so that I could continue to eat. I found eating the buffet should be a happy thing for me, but now it seemed to be a kind of torture, I always told myself to eat more than I could bear, my stomach hurt.

无意中看到一句话——「学习英语的理由很多，但是学好英语的理由只有一种，那就是爱上英语」，我非常喜欢这句话。带着这种态度，我重新翻开了《新概念英语》第三册，试图通过找到学习的乐趣来啃这本书。
《新概念英语3》的第41课——《Illusions of Pastoral Peace》，是我非常喜欢的文章，曾经也背过，但那几乎是20年前的事情，当时背诵只是为了掌握词汇和英语四六级考试，所以即使背了也早就忘记了，语感和英语功底并没有多大提高。现在我重新来学习这篇课文，没有任何考试方面的功利心，纯粹是为了学习英语的思维和表达方式，或者说仅仅是为了积累和培养语感而学习。
这篇文章写得还挺有意思的，虽然年代久远，但我并不认为过时了。相反，里面有很多经典的语句和表达方式在现在依然非常实用。比如：
1、the quiet life of the country has never appealed to me（乡村的宁静生活从来没有吸引过我）；这个has never appealed to me是一个很好的表达观点的句式，我们利用这个句式可以表达自己鲜明的观点，如：Becoming a rich man has never appealed to me（成为富人从来没有吸引过我）。
2、I have always regarded the country as somtihing you look at through a train window，or something you accasionally visit during the weekend(我总认为乡村是透过火车车窗看到的那个样子，或者在周末你偶尔会去一趟的地方)。其中，I have always regarded xxx as somtihing+定语从句，“我认为xx就是如某某的样子”也是一个经典表达句式。
3、They always go into raptures at the mere mention of the country（他们只要一提到乡村马上就会变得欣喜若狂），这个句式在表达提到什么就立刻兴奋起来几乎可以说是万能的，如，I always go into raptures at the mere mention of the pop music（只要一提到流行音乐，我就立马变得异常兴奋）。
另外，课文中有一个非常好的词——superior，这个词非常实用，既可以做动词和名词，还可以做形容词，比如，课文中这个词的用法就是做形容词(有优越感的)——Even he still lives under the illusion that country life is shomehow superior to town life.(即使他仍存有幻觉，好像乡村生活就是比城市生活优越)。我们也可以换成：even he still lives under the illsion that living in shanghai is somehow superior to living in hubei（即使他仍存有幻觉，好像生活在上海比生活在湖北要优越）。
除了很多经典表达观点的句式和某些词的经典用法之外，这篇文章的某些语言非常美，就算你不把它当作学习英语之用，作为纯粹欣赏文学和文字，我也觉得是非常值得阅读。
比如——the first cockcrow，the twittering of birds at dawn，the sight of the rising sun glinting on the trees and pastures.(雄鸡的第一声啼叫、黎明时分鸟的`叽叽喳喳欢叫、冉冉升起的朝阳染红了树木和牧场)，这几句描写如同一幅画一样，栩栩如生的勾画了乡村的美好生活场景，表达非常灵动和美丽，翻译过来也是很美。
再比如——there is something comforting about the warm glow shed by advertisements on cold wet winter nights（寒冷潮湿的冬夜里，城市广告灯箱发出的暖光会给人某种安慰）。不说这个表达很有韵味，就说这个观点就非常具有特色，可以说是观察入微，洞察细腻的真实写照。作者用一个不经意的句子表达了很多人心中的感同身受，这种感受值得细品，写得非常好也非常妙。
所以，这篇文章确实值得背诵，不仅能学习英语的经典表达，还能欣赏语言文字之美。在一点上，英语和中文是相通的，优美的英文也能翻译成美丽的中文。

一、分析教材
分析教材应从分析教材的地位和作用入手，分析教材的内容、结构和特点，明确教学目标、重点和难点，挖掘教材在文化意识、学习策略、情感态度方面的教育因素，知道语言实践性特点在教材中的体现，分析教材中的学习心理问题，设计适当的教学方案或提出合理的教学建议。同时要对各个班的同学的学情教学认真的分析。
二、教学设计方面，巧妙设计，运用教材要灵活
(一)在原基础上，扩展其功能。教材的各个板块都有其各自的功能。教师要做到“物尽其用”。结合其特点，有效扩展其功能。比如教材中的 Listen and number 版块是听力练习，以听的技能训练为主，在此基础上教师也可开发为 Look and say, Listen and write ， 更充分的使用教材。
(二)充分利用，展开训练。利用教材的结构特点，展开训练说和写、读和写相互结合和转换的练习。
利用教材的内容：将相关单元的内容相结合，延伸语言的训练。
(三)变换形式，让学生“动起来” 。教师依然可以进一步开发教材，将原有教材的内容或呈现形式更生动、更充分的用起来。
所谓一千个哈姆雷特一千种性格，同样的教材内容，因为每位老师解读的角度不同，处理的方式也可能千差万别。我们的最终目标是用好教材，为促进学生的学习和成长服务。
三、有教学效果评价方面，评价方式要多样化。
四、有课后反思方面，要进行多角度认真深入分析、反思和总结。
通过这次培训，想说的话真的很多，但我明白，只有把培训中学到的知识技能转化成自我前进的内驱力，我才会在教学中有所成。今后，我会以此次学习为契机我也相信在倾听、记录、反思、沉淀、实践中，我的英语教学之路会愈趋于成熟。把所学应用到平日教学中，把学生的能力、学习成绩都大幅提高，促进大面积提高教学质量。

1、思想重视的不够
